Ground Rules
These are the ground rules of the MineJason community. If you were to violate any of them, you may be banned from using one or all of the services of MineJason.
By participating in this community, you acknowledges such rules. It is not a defence that you do not know about any of these rules.
Principles
These are the most important rules of the community. If you violates these rules, instant indefinite actions, like banning, are very likely, and some of these are even torts or criminal offences in some or most jurisdictions.
These principles applies to private and public spaces.
DO NOT publish the personal/private information of any person without their express permission.
DO NOT sexually harass any person, or use sexualized language or imagery.
DO NOT insult, or politically or personally attack any person.
DO NOT harass any person.
Special Part
Discrimination
Discrimination based on peoples' social attributes, such as sex, gender, nationality or race, etc. is a serious threat to the peace of the community.
As such, discrimination are usually subject to the removal of contents and banning of offenders in serious cases.
Unwanted political content
Political content quickly puts our community at heat and is a serious threat of the existence of this community. Left alone, this quickly turns to political attacks, discriminations, and more undesirable behaviour.
As such, unwanted political content are usually subject to removal.
Note
Generic political content aren't the same as political attacks, which are usually dealt by content removal and instant ban.
Harassment, cyber bullying, etc
Harassment and cyber bullying usually ends up in serious violations of the rules and most applicable law. As such, harassment and cyberbullying are dealt with by instant bans.
Adding harmful code to project
Malicious actors who adds harmful code to the project are dealt with instant bans, and may have their information reported to law enforcement.
Enforcement
The Administrators of the project shall enforce this ground rules, and may take any of these actions to do so:
- Warn offenders;
- Remove, amend or modify comments violating the rules;
- Deactivate, revoke or remove access of offenders;
- Lock or freeze any conversation;
- Report the information of the offenders to a law enforcement agency, if criminal offences are involved;
- Take legal actions against offenders in case of serious torts.
